No Weekend Shipping: Orders are not shipped on weekends.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
☀️ Summer Shipping Reminder:
Our body butters and similar products are made with heat-sensitive ingredients. During warmer months, melting may occur during transit. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.
If your body butter arrives melted, place it in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow it to resolidify.
To avoid melting, we recommend retrieving your package promptly after delivery.
🔁 Returns, Refunds & Order Issues:
All sales are final due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our skincare products. We do not offer returns or refunds.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at contact@godlyglow.co. Include:

All Godly Glow products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.
Because we use natural ingredients, you may notice slight variations in color or texture — this is completely normal.
